What age are KUNU products suitable for?

Our products accompany you and your baby from the very first day. From the secure bedside crib for the first 10 months, to our versatile bouncer for up to 2 years, and our durable sleeping bags. You can find detailed information on age and weight directly on the respective product page.

What materials does KUNU use?

It's important to us that everything close to your baby is truly safe and of high quality. That's why we exclusively use materials tested for harmful substances and that are skin-friendly, such as 100% organic cotton for our sleeping bags and fitted sheets. Are your products TÜV or CE certified?

Yes! Your baby's safety is our top priority. Our products have not only been tested according to standard procedures, but even meet the strictest EN standards. We also play it safe with our materials: All fabrics used are tested for harmful substances in accordance with REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006.

How do you develop your products?

A lot of time and care goes into every KUNU product. Together with midwives, experts, and real parents, we carefully assess what families truly need and only develop products we can stand behind 100%.

As a small team, we take the time it takes. Our processes sometimes take a little longer, but this is the only way we can ensure that only products we would give to our own children end up at KUNU.

What does the lifetime KUNU guarantee mean?

We stand behind every product we sell and are confident in our quality. If you discover a defect, simply contact us. We are here for you and will work with you to find the best solution: replacement part, exchange, or refund. You can find all the details on our warranty page.

Is the KUNU crib poor quality?

Quite the opposite. We are confident in our baby cot – but we never stop improving it. We take customer feedback seriously; every criticism is an impetus for us. And if you're ever not happy, our lifetime warranty has you covered.

How fast will my order arrive?

We process almost all orders within 24 hours. After that, the following applies:

  • Germany: 1-3 business days
  • Austria & Switzerland: 2-7 business days

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking email. Unfortunately, we cannot give a 100% guarantee on delivery times — but in case of delays by the shipping service provider, we will proactively contact you.

When is shipping free?

We deliver free of charge to your home for orders over €150. Otherwise, shipping costs will be incurred depending on the order value. You can see these either at checkout or on our shipping information page.

Do you also deliver to Austria and Switzerland?

Yes! We deliver to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You can select your country at checkout and see the shipping costs immediately.

Note for Switzerland: As Switzerland is not part of the EU, additional customs duties and taxes apply upon import. These are not included in the product price and will be collected directly by the responsible customs service provider upon receipt of the goods.

What warranty and complaint options does KUNU offer?

With KUNU, you get several assurances:

30-day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the full purchase price. No ifs, ands, or buts.

Lifetime KUNU Guarantee: We stand by our products permanently. If a defect occurs, we will work with you to find the best solution – whether it's a replacement part, exchange, or refund.

Lifetime Spare Parts Service: Is a part missing or something broken? Just contact us, and we will send you a replacement as quickly as possible.

For a complaint, simply write to us at support@kunu-store.de and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

What is KUNU's exchange and return policy?

As a young brand, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns. A small processing fee (€3.50 – €10) will be charged, which will be automatically deducted from the refund amount depending on the purchase price.
